Lectures and seminars here are to educate students to be able to get wider view on the food production and the earth environment with use of various spatial information and also to acquire capability to conduct advanced research with his/her interest and initiative. Policy of the education at our laboratory is to provide an opportunity to students not only to learn the science on the desk but also to let students have real research experiences so that they can learn systematic and effective research approach and develop capability to view the real world more deeply from various aspects and to implement the research results thoughtfully.
