専門科目　専門科目の筆記試験はない。

卒業研究（もしくは過去の取り込んだ研究等）の概要及び大学院の研究計画に関して、事前にA４用紙2ぺージの資料を作成し、10部持参してください。その資料の内容及び学部等での履修内容を踏まえて大学院での研究計画に関して、志望動機、環境リモートセンシングに関する基礎知識、研究意欲、修了後のキャリアデザイン、資料・発表などを含めて口頭試問（10分の発表＋質疑）による学力検査を行う。

なお、TOEIC、TOEFL等のスコア票は口頭試問時に回収するので、原本及びコピーを必ず持参すること。また、オンライン口頭試問を選択する場合、このスコア票を出願するときに添付すること。

入試が口頭試問30分に20分の発表と10分の質疑を実施する。発表スライドには、カバー（氏名、受験番号）、履歴、学部の研究内容、修士課程の研究内容、博士課程の研究計画、研究のオリジナリティ、研究の目標とスケジュール、原著論文・学会発表論文・書籍・特許等のリスト、賞罰リストの内容を準備してください。

研究計画に関して主任指導教員と事前相談をしてください。

博士課程研究進捗状況・博士論文予備審査事前審査　ヨサファット研版【English Version】【Japanese Version】

（1.0 版 2021 年 04 月 05 日）千葉大学大学院融合理工学府地球環境科学専攻リモートセンシングコース博士修了に向けたプロセスについて、博士後期課程学生の博士修了までの過程については、基本的な教育を指導教員主導で行い、一定水準に達した者を、コース全体でサポートできる体制とする。

・ D2 の後半期（4 月入学であれば、10-3 月, 10 月入学であれば 4-9 月）に、第一次審査を主指導教員含む。教員 3 名以上を審査員として実施する。審査員の全員の承認があれば、この結果をコースで報告し、第二次審査に進むことができる。

・ D3 の前半期（4 月入学であれば、4-9 月, 10 月入学であれば 10-3 月）に、第ニ次審査を主指導教員含む。教員 3 名以上を審査員として実施する。この結果をコースで審議し、過半数以上の承認を得たら、予備審査に進むことができる。

・ 早期修了の場合は、短縮される期間だけ、スケジュールを早めることとする。（要検討事項：早期修了の場合は時間的には第一次審査を免除する場合もあるだろう）

・ 博士後期学生の進捗状況については、1 年に 1 度以上、コース会議に報告する(上記ののヨサファット研版のテンプレートを使用すること)。問題があればコース全体で対応策を練る。

・以上は、2022 年 3 月修了、もしくは、それ以降の学生に適用する。ただし 2022 年 3 月修了予定の学生については第一次審査は行わず、第ニ次審査から行う。

・この申し合わせに不具合・不都合が発生した場合は、コース会議などで審議し、柔軟に運用することとする。

・学位論文審査基準は、「博士学位論文は、地球環境科学専攻の各コースの専門分野に関連する内容で、独創性、新規性、普遍性、論証性などの高い学術的価値が含まれ、学術論文として論理的にまとめられており高度な完成度を備えられているかどうか、ならびに学位申請者が学術研究における倫理性を有しているかどうかを基に審査する。」と以下に定められている。査読付論文は必要条件であるが、十分条件ではないことに留意する必要がある。

1. Master Program (General selection, Double Degree Program, BRIN Degree by Research Program)

Specialized subjects: There is no written examination for specialized subjects in the Department of Environmental Remote Sensing.

Please prepare the materials on 2 pages of A4 paper in advance and bring 10 copies of the outline of the bachelor's program (or research that you have done in the past) and the research plan of the master's program. The academic ability test is based on the content of the material and the content of the course taken at the undergraduate school, etc., regarding the research plan at the graduate school, by oral examination (10 minutes presentation + interview) including the study motivation, basic knowledge about environmental remote sensing, research motivation, career design after the graduation, materials, and presentations, etc.

The TOEIC, TOEFL, etc. score sheets will be collected at the time of the oral examination, so be sure to bring the original and a copy. If you choose an online oral exam, submit the score sheet when you apply or submit the document of the entrance test.

2. Doctoral Program (General selection, Double Degree Program, BRIN Degree by Research Program)

The entrance examination will be an oral examination of 30 minutes composed of a 20-minute presentation and a 10-minute question-and-answer session. Please prepare the presentation slides including cover (name, examination number), short biodata, undergraduate program’s research content, master's program research content, doctoral program research plan including the research originality, research background and objective, research goals, and schedule; the list of the peer-reviewed papers, conference presentations, books, patents, etc, and the list of awards and punishments.

Please consult with your academic advisor regarding your research plan in advance.

Progress of Doctoral Course Research / Preliminary Examination of Doctoral Dissertation Preliminary Examination of Josaphat Laboratory [English Version] [Japanese Version]

(1.0 version, April 05, 2021) Regarding the process for completing the Doctoral Course in the Department of Global Environmental Sciences Remote Sensing Course, Graduate School of Science and Engineering, Chiba University is led by a supervisor until a certain level, and the department will establish a system that can support those who have reached the level of the entire course.

・ In the second half of the 2^nd year of the doctoral course (D2) (October-March for April enrollment, April-September for October enrollment), the first screening will be included as the main instructor. Conduct with 3 or more faculty members as judges/reviewers. With the approval of all judges/reviewers, this result can be reported in the course and proceeded to the second round of judging/review.

・ In the first half of the 3^rd year of the doctoral course (D3) (April-September for April enrollment, October-March for October enrollment), the second screening will be included as the main instructor. Conduct with 3 or more faculty members as judges. After deliberation of this result in the course and approval of more than half, it is possible to proceed to the preliminary examination.

・ In the case of Early Completion (Cum Laude), the schedule will be advanced by the shortened period. (Items to be considered: In the case of early completion, the first examination may be exempted in terms of time.)

・ Doctoral students MUST report to the course meeting at least once a year about the progress of the doctoral students using the template of Josaphat Laboratory above. If there is a problem, devise a countermeasure for the entire course.

・ The above applies to students who completed the program in March 2022 or later. However, for students scheduled to complete in March 2022, the first screening will not be conducted, but the second screening will be conducted.

・ If any problems or inconveniences occur in this agreement, it will be deliberated at a course meeting, etc., and it will be operated flexibly.

・ The dissertation examination criteria are as follows: "The doctoral dissertation is related to the specialized field of each course of the Department of Global Environmental Science, and includes high academic value such as originality, novelty, universality, and demonstrability. It will be judged based on whether it is logically organized as an academic paper and has a high degree of perfection, and whether the degree applicant has ethics in academic research. " The peer-reviewed Paper(s) is a requirement, but not a sufficient one.
