This center fielder brings up the successor while cooperating with graduate school education as a joint use foothold of the fields of environmental remote sensing.

Our primary function as a collaborative research center is to receive, process, archive and distribute NOAA/AVHRR and GMS data. So far more than 400 thousand scenes and images have been distributed through our system, of which approximately a quarter of thetotal access are from the outside Chiba University. Now updated the system archives data on the hard disk array that provides a fast and easy access from the public via internet.
