Research Interests
  • To understand the current status of air pollution on a global scale
  • To find how to delay global warming through regulation of emission of short-lived air pollutants
  • To understand interaction between air pollutants/aerosols/clouds in the climate system
  • To develop an optical remote sensing technique retrieving atmospheric composition from space and ground-based platforms
  • To utilize the existing satellite observation data for air quality and climate study
